local php is 5.3.1

remote php is 5.2.17

I checked some things ...
I changed administrator/index.php to UTF-8 and gary's admin works but if I logoff I can't login to joomla

I changed toolbar.garyscookbook.html.php to ANSI format and the admin panel works

I don't know if all admin areas are working correctly but this are good news
