At the bottom, you see the heading \"Recipe Author\" -- I think this is supposed to be the name of the user making a comment, rather than the recipe author. That name is displayed at the top of the page and has a different value (\"Unknown\" in this example).
Where can I change this column heading? Also, where is \"Besucher\" set? I cannot type over that value. :S
Question #2: Also -- same link -- the recipe steps are formatted as numbered steps ...but there is no numbering displayed. Why?
Question #3: How do I set security so that I must approve new recipe and/or comments?

at 1 look at sub_viewdetails.php at Line 450 and 454 Besucher is Visitor, change the values and then it´s OK

at 3 you must install security images at the newest Version and the patch to joomla 1.13
#2 - the HTML code didn't apply to the text -- looking at the code, I think there's a bot involved in displaying the \"Preparation:\" text. Perhaps the bot removes the formatting? If you view the source for this page (

) and search for Preparation, you can see the HTML markups of ... for the preparation steps. However, the numbers are not displayed.
#3 - I wasn't looking for CAPTCHA-type functionality, just an option that accepts the recipe but doesn't publish it until an editor manually accepts it. I do this for the guestbook feature, and thought I'd start out the same way with the recipe submission. There is an item in the language file that led me to believe this was possible. Am I mistaken?
